Pinewood WNC 

Pinewood WNC is a tiny home with big feels!

This cottage is a fully furnished 12' x 35' home featuring a 10' x 12' screened-in porch. The porch includes a ceiling fan, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill for guest use.

Inside, the cottage offers a living room with a sofa and flatscreen TV as well as a dining table with room for four and an eat-in breakfast bar with space for two. The kitchen is a full-sized kitchen with a gas stove/oven, all essential cookware and appliances as well as quartz countertops throughout. The cottage offers a master bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed complimented with a flat screen TV, a full bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo and finished with quartz countertops. The downstairs is complete with a desk for professionals staying with us and an in-unit washer/dryer. An upstairs loft with two additional twin beds that can be pushed together for one king sized bed. 

For climate control, the cottage is outfitted with two mini-split units: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

Additional features include a 28‑gallon water heater, keyless entry, Venetian blinds throughout, quartz countertops, and a galvanized metal roof.

Outside, the cottage has a hot tub that sits under a covered pergola making it enjoyable in any weather; beside the hot tub is a charcoal grill and picnic table; lastly, there is a custom stone firepit with comfortable seating. The outdoor is complete with a concrete pad, river rocks, mulch, and flagstone steps going from the covered porch to the concrete pad.
